Error uploading

Hi - as of today (Nov. 14th) we haven't been able to use the SWFPack tool at all! I can tell an upgrade has taken place since the CAB creation is now allowed, but everytime I try to create a SIS file I get the following error - this is quite urgent, any help would be highly appreciated!
