I recently tried to make SWF package with SWFPack for S60 5th edition. I have tested that the flash file alone works in the phone. However, when I installed the launcher SIS and tried to start the app, it gives error message (in finnish): "J?rjestelm?virhe" and nothing happens.

Should the S60 5th work at all with SWFPack?

5th edition should support 3rd SIS as well. Only incompatibility warning is displayed (in case SIS info header is not updated).
Later SwfPack will support headers for 3rd and 5th.

Did you try KuneriLite? How about those KL testers SIS?

Also some input we have noticed to cause problems, we are identifying them and fixing.

For instance, now don't use dot (.) in the Application Name -field.

If problem continues, please let us know which kind of input you enter.

Thanks

Thanks, jukka. It seems that if application swf name is main.swf, the sis package works in my 5800. However, should I be able to name my swf file other than main.swf?

Could you please gime me more hints how can I avoid compatibility warning, it is rather annoying?
