System Error on launch

I have a very simple Flash Lite 1.1 .swf file.  I've converted it to a .SIS and it installs just fine.  But when I try to launch the application it immediately pops up "System Error!".  Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

THe .SWF plays just fine on the device so I'm assuming I have done something wrong in the .SIS packaging.  I tried self signing the app too but that did not help.

Hi,
what tool did you use for converting? Some input characters maybe in file names/paths?
SIS generated with SwfPack or KuneriLite are automatically self signed.

I used SWFPack.  What do you mean by input characters being in the filename or path?
