Use rsc files from 0.9.7.1 with new kuneri 0.9.8

I already post this question on non commercial part of this forum but there was no reply. So I hope that here I will have more success 
   

Hello to all,
can I use "rsc" files which I already bought from kuneri for version 0.9.7.1 to pack same application (commercial) with new kuneri 0.9.8? I need to do this because old version (0.9.7.1) does not support packing for s60 5th edition mobile phones.

I try to do this and I got this warning: Old plug-in version found. (Platform selection not supported)..

After that process finish without any errors. So I need to know will file created like this will work after symbian sign process?!

Hi Jeremija,

you can use it freely, however the selection for 3rd/5th do not work and for instance 5800 will give
warning that phone is not compatible.

Tnx for quick reply.
I need to ask some questions about that warning.
Is there any way to override that warning? I need to sign my application and sent it to OVI store but they don't want accept any "incompatible" application. I just try to pack my application with basic plugin set and I didn't have compatibility warning on my 5800 (firmware: 21.0.025) when I set 3rd/5th setting. Will warning appear if I pack it with commercial plugin set and sign it with symbian sign?

From the old plug-ins rsc folder, you can see MySISBase.pkg, add these lines there

;Supports Series60 release v5
;[0x1028315F], 0, 0, 0, {"Series60ProductID"}

That way the warning will disappear.

Hello,
yesterday I insert that block of code in MySISBase.pkg and I pack my app. But when I finish symbian sign process and try to install app on my Nokia 5800 (S60 5th) i still get incompatibility warning?!

Can you please give me some other solution?
