SMS launcher issue

Hi,

we are currently building an application which is package with kunerilte to use the GPS system on the phone. One of the functionality of the app is that a user can send a pre-populated SMS message to a friend, but once we signed the application through symbian, and packaged, this functionality stopped working.

The SMS system is launch via GETURL, but once the application has been signed and packaged, this functionality doesn't work, and the app fails to launch the handset SMS client.

platform : s60 5th edition (5800). Fl3 (application is in the trusted folder on device, and symbian signed)

Hi,

Do the issue really came after symbiansigned, not because packaging into SIS?

If possible can you test app without GPS plug-in and just package the application giving no certificate and check if SMS sending work still?
