hi There,

I am developing an app for Symbian phones.
I tried to get my first version signed via open signed online so I could test the app.
Unfortunately, the signing fails over and over again.

It keeps failing with the following message:
FAILURE: Submitted .sis file uses a UID that is not allocated to the account holder matching this email address (0xa0002443 0xa0002445 0xa0002447 0xa0002448 )

My guess, KuneriLite puts another UID in the app than I filled in in KuneriLite because even the development UID's don't work.

Could this be right? Can it be solved?
Or do have any other idea why it is failing?

I hope you can help me.

High Regards,

Crazy Harry

With some troubleshooting I got the following results:

When no plugin is selected, the resulting .sis is signed successful.
When any plugin is selected, the resulting .sis can not be signed.

Hi,
this is not possible without first purchasing unique KuneriLite plug-ins, which use UIDs allocated for you. For more, please refer to :

Yes, I found that already.
But the request link on that page doesn't work (redirects to the kunerilite homepage).
I sent you an email to the 'hello' address with a question of which path to go now to get those plugins with my UID's.
I already have the UID's allocated to me.
