File open error!'$$$.cmd' please help me

hello

im installed kunerilite and everythings for example : perl, sdk , java adn etc ...
but whenever i want test my setup foind this error : File open error!'$$$.cmd' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

total my proces is :
